This final in CMC's series of Sunday matinee concerts at Kennett Square’s newest concert venue. Concerts will include CMC's own nature photography projected behind the stage while she and drummer J. Jody Janetta perform new music, as well as selections from Charlton’s piano albums The Undershore and River Dawn: Piano Meditations. (Quiet) kids are welcome, and those 5 and under get in for free. Piano Pictures Matinee is at the Kennett Flash on the last Sundays of February, March, and April. The next performance is Sunday, April 26, 2009, at 2 pm. Doors open at 1 pm. Tickets are $12 at the door, or may be purchased in advance for $10 by visiting www.kennettflash.org. A light menu of soups, salads, sandwiches, pastries, flavored coffees and beverages will be available for purchase.
